You fell in love with your home when you bought it, and you take pride in it. Now that you’re selling it, it’s time take a hard look from the buyer’s perspective. Insuring that your home is clean and clutter-free are but a small part of the buying and selling equation.

How it works:

• Call or e-mail me about Home Staging services.
• We’ll set up a mutually convenient time to meet.
• I’ll perform a walk-through of your home – both inside and out -and provide you with an assessment of its appearance, as well as general recommendations on paint colors, existing furnishings, space planning, and the functionality of rooms.
• You’ll have the option to implement the changes yourself or have me execute a home staging plan for you.
